1 Definitions and General Provisions

The following terms used in this document have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the ag33 website, mobile version, and all services included within it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who holds a registered account on the ag33 platform or uses the platform.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods may be used to deposit funds into your ag33 platform account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit funds into the account.

3.3 Verification Process

4 Prohibited Activities and Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.

• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Intimidating, threatening, or harassing ag33 staff.

In the event of any of the above violations, ag33 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance without notice. The relevant authorities may be informed if necessary.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On the first deposit, ag33 offers a 150% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳14,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total to ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, the total wagering required is ৳15,000 (৳1,500 × 10). Winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after this wagering amount has been bet.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time.
• After claiming one bonus, the terms of that bonus must be fulfilled before activating another bonus.
• Bonuses may only be used for genuine gameplay and cannot be transferred elsewhere.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in it being cancelled.

6 VIP Program

The ag33 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on your overall activity and consistency on the platform. ag33 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time. Cashback is credited to your account every Monday at a set time.

7 Gaming Services and Fair Play

7.1 Nature of Services

ag33 provides various types of gaming services — slot games, fishing games, cricket betting, live casino, and crash games. Every game is operated under fair and transparent rules.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, ag33 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the staked amount. In the event of any error or discrepancy, ag33's decision will be considered final.

7.3 Sports Betting

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between ag33 and the user. This agreement supersedes any prior oral or written understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force.

ag33's failure to exercise a right in any particular instance shall not be construed as a commitment to not exercise that right in the future.
